Enroll in the Retiree Advantage plan at no additional cost to your UnitedHealthcare FEHB plan. 

Our Medicare Advantage plan provides participants all the benefits of Original Medicare, plus plenty of extras to be happy about.

With your MAPD plan in place, UnitedHealthcare will help you take advantage of your benefits. Giving you more time to live life to the fullest.

You must be enrolled in one of the following UnitedHealthcare® FEHB health plans: Choice Primary, Choice Plus Primary, Choice Open Access, Choice Plus Advanced, and MD-IPA to be eligible for the Retiree Advantage plan.

With this all-in-one plan, there’s no need to coordinate primary and secondary payers. You’ll remain in the FEHB program plus get a collection of programs and services you won’t find anywhere else. Once you’ve enrolled, it will become your primary plan, and only payer.

This Plan Includes

Enroll in this plan at no additional cost to your eligible UHC FEHB plan.

Flexibility to see any provider—in-network or out-of-network—at the same cost share, as long as they accept Medicare and are willing to bill UnitedHealthcare.

No copays on covered medical services

Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage with full coverage in the gap.

$150 monthly Part B premium subsidy

Benefits like free gym memberships, a $40 quarterly over the counter item allowance, post inpatient discharge meals, transport, and in-home care, an online wellness program, and more

Plan Details

If you’re retired, with Medicare parts A&B, you can add this option with certain health care plans at no extra cost. Here’s how it works:

  1. Enroll in an eligible FEHB plan code with OPM
  2. Once processed by OPM, enroll in this plan at no additional cost

1 HouseCalls may not be available in all areas

2 A free fitness program is offered as a part of Renew Active®. Participation in the Renew Active program is voluntary. Consult your doctor prior to beginning an exercise program. Renew Active includes standard fitness membership.  The Renew Active program and network size may vary by plan/area.

3 Real Appeal is available at no additional cost to members with a BMI of 19 and higher. If you are pregnant, please speak with your primary care physician before joining the program.

4 OTC benefits have expiration timeframes. Call the plan or refer to your Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for more information.
